We’re thrilled to share some key milestones from this year that reflect the hard work and collaboration happening in South Atlanta!
Our food co-ops now support 42 families (120 individuals), creating access to fresh, nutritious food while strengthening community ties. Thirteen neighborhoods are using our Flourishing Neighborhood Index, helping guide intentional growth and development.
At Carver Market & Community Grounds, we serve an average of 300 customers daily, providing essential goods and fostering community connection. Additionally, 65 youth are actively participating in our programs, learning life skills and building confidence.
On the housing front, we’ve sold 7 homes so far this year, with 1 on the market and 3 under construction, keeping us on track for our goal of 11 single-family home sales in 2024.
