For 25 years, FCS has had the privilege of walking alongside the Historic South Atlanta community, and that includes its youngest residents. From its earliest days, the South Atlanta Youth Group has been a place where kids and teens find belonging, build lasting friendships, and begin to dream about their futures.
The program has evolved, but its heart has stayed the same: building relationships, cultivating leaders, and investing deeply in the next generation. Through weekly gatherings, trusted adult mentorship, celebratory outings, and life-shaping experiences like summer camp, youth in South Atlanta are gaining the tools they need to thrive.
As we celebrate our 25th anniversary in this community, we’re also celebrating the youth who’ve grown up through this program, and we’re inviting you to be part of what comes next.
This summer, you can help send a South Atlanta student to sleepaway camp. Camp is more than just a fun getaway; it’s a transformative experience that builds confidence, inspires leadership, and creates lasting memories. Time and again, we’ve seen campers return home energized to give back and care for their community.
