EARLY LEARNING
The earliest years are critical to a child’s development. FCS is expanding access to high-quality early learning opportunities through initiatives like our Early Learning Space, created in partnership with the United Way of Greater Atlanta and the Villages at Carver Family YMCA. Through community playdates, parent engagement, and partnerships with local providers, we are helping build a stronger foundation for lifelong learning.
SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS
Strong schools are essential to strong neighborhoods. FCS partners with organizations like Purpose Built Schools Atlanta and Atlanta Public Schools to support student success across the Carver Cluster. By aligning efforts between schools and community-based programs, we help ensure students receive both high-quality instruction during the school day and the support they need beyond it.FAMILY & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Families play a vital role in a child’s educational journey.
FCS creates opportunities for parents and caregivers to engage in their child’s learning through workshops, community events, and ongoing partnership. By listening to families and building relationships, we help ensure that education efforts reflect the needs and priorities of the community.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT & PATHWAYS
Learning continues beyond the classroom.
FCS supports youth through programs that build confidence, leadership, and life skills, helping students stay engaged in their education and prepare for future opportunities. Through mentorship, enrichment programs, and community-based experiences, young people are supported as they grow into leaders within their neighborhood and beyond.
